Terms and Conditions of the IRRC 2022

Acceptance of our terms and conditions is a prerequisite for participation in the IRRC Waste-to-Energy 2022.

Registration

Your registration must be made in writing – by e-mail or via the online registration form. Please use one registration form for each visitor. Personal data (name, address, e-mail address, etc.) that you voluntarily provide when registering for the conference will be handled by us in compliance with data protection rules and regulations. Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive an invoice for the participation fee. This is also the confirmation of registration.

Entitlement

The registration entitles the attendee to

  • all congress sessions on September 5-6, 2022
  • refreshments each day
  • congress app and online access to all attendee materials
  • access to the evening event on September 5, 2022
  • e-book covering the topics of the congress

Please Note:

To qualify for the reduced rate you must be either a full-time professional of regulatory authorities or universities or you must receive your main income from an EU-member state (other than the EU-15) or from a country that is classified as low or middle income according to the World Bank classification.

Students are defined as those without a permanent employment (at an organization or a university), those with only marginal employment or a comparable low scholarship. Students have to present a valid certificate of enrollment.

You will have to arrange your own accommodation.

Further Information

Visa Letter

A letter of invitation can be provided upon request for the registered congress participants. Please contact the Organizing Comittee, if you require an invitation letter. 

Participation Certificate

Upon request the Organizer (TK Verlag GmbH) of the event will issue a Certificate of Attendance outlining the number of hours attended for the Congress, which will be sent via email to delegates who attend the IRRC Waste-to-Energy 2022.

In case of prevention

If a registered participant is prevented from attending at short notice, he/she can transfer his/her registration to a substitute.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be received in writing (email or post) on or before the cancellation deadline. Cancellations received on or before August 4, 2022 will receive a refund of the paid fees minus an administration fee of 50,– EUR. Cancellations received after the deadline will not be issued a refund. Any unpaid congress fees are due and payable to Thomé-Kozmiensky Verlag GmbH. Congress documents will be send to registered attendees, who were unable to participate. 

Payment details

Please transfer the registration fees upon receipt of the invoice, but before the start of the congress. Be sure to note the invoice number and the name of the conference attendee on the remittance form. Any unpaid congress fees are due and payable to Thomé-Kozmiensky Verlag GmbH. 

All prices quoted by us are net prices; they do not include value-added tax at the statutory rate on the date of invoicing.

Should it not be possible to offer the IRRC Waste-to-Energy as a face-to-face event on site due to external requirements, the participant’s registration will automatically be switched to a web conference variant. In this case, TK Verlag will promptly correct or refund any conference fees that were set too high.

If an event has to be cancelled for unforeseeable reasons, the registered participants will be notified. In this case, Thomé-Kozmiensky Verlag GmbH is only obliged to refund the participation fee already paid.
